Exclusive sneak peek: See Emmy episode entries
No more quessing about which episodes will be reviewed by TV academy voters determining the winners of Emmy Awards, which will be announced on Aug. 27. Many thanks to the TV academy for sharing the info with us now so we can help to whip up early excitement about the top races where lead stars submit one entry, supporting stars two and contenders for best series six. The nominees' work will be judged by members of their peer groups who watch the sample videos at home and sign an affidavit attesting that they've viewed everything. Voters, by the way, are limited to participating in four categories to make sure they're not overloaded.
Not only does The Envelope provide full descriptions of each episode entry (thanks to our forums moderator "Boomer"), you can actually follow top races first hand by watching the videos (thanks to our resourceful forums poster "acboydan," who's rounded up links to episodes posted at YouTube.com). Over the past week we've posted partial info about Emmy episodes, but now we've got the complete, official list.
Even better: you get to view these submissions even before Emmy voters see them! The TV academy will ship out DVD screeners to voters next week.

Do you have the episodes submitted for any other categories (like the two reality show categories)?
