Oscar voters get 'Scissors' and 'Little Children' DVDs

November 17, 2006 |  9:27 am

In the kudos battle of 9/11 movies, "World Trade Center" just pulled even, sending a DVD screener plus script to members of the Writers Guild of America. That means that WGA members who also belong to the Oscar academy have received two DVD screeners of both "World Trade Center" and "United 93."

Over the past two days, general membership of the academy received DVD screeners of three Sony releases: "Marie-Antoinette," "Running with Scissors," and "The Da Vinci Code." New Line shipped "Little Children."
