Here's how our Globes experts scored
Two of our Buzzmeter participants reaped perfect scores while predicting who'd win the Golden Globe film awards — Clay Smith of "E.T./ The Insider" and myself. On the TV side, I won by scoring another 100 percent. Yikes! Here's the breakdown:
GLOBE FILM PREDIX
(Forecasts in 9 categories)
Clay Smith, "E.T./ The Insider" - 9
Tom O'Neil, Gold Derby, TheEnvelope.com - 9
Ed Douglas, Comingsoon.net - 7
Peter Travers, Rolling Stone - 7
Sam Rubin, KTLA - 5
Jeff Wells, Hollywood-Elsewhere.com - 4
GLOBE TV PREDIX
(Forecasts in 6 categories)
Tom O'Neil, Gold Derby, TheEnvelope.com - 6
Hal Boedeker, Orlando Sentinel - 4
Ray Richmond, Hollywood Reporter - 1
David Zurawik, Baltimore Sun - 1
Maureen Ryan, Chicago Tribune - 2 out of 5 predix*
(* Ryan didn't register a prediction for best TV drama series)
By the way, our pundit Pete Hammond of HollywoodWiretap.com and Maxim technically scored 8 out of 9 in our film lineup, but he changed his bum call in the director race, publicly switching from Alejandro Gonzalez Inarritu to Marty Scorsese in a column he wrote last week for Wiretap, but we can't, in fairness to our other pundits, give him full credit for that switcheroo since he didn't update his predix here. Sorry, Pete! I do want his devotees to know, however, that he has full and fair bragging rights elsewhere in kudosland.

Which only goes to show what I've been saying for months. All these award shows have become way too predictable. There's no point in watching to see who wins anymore. I watch to hear the speeches and see what they are wearing.
