National Board of Review to unveil winnahs on Dec. 5

The next Oscar derby officially begins on Dec. 5 when the National Board of Review will announce its next batch of champs. Awards will be presented on Jan. 15 at Cipriani's on 42nd Street in New York City. Jesse L. Martin will return as emcee.
