Remember all of the tabloid trouble that Justin Timberlake and Britney Spears caused together? Well, now they may do so separately in the future — at award shows.

"I hear there are ongoing talks for Timberlake and Andy Samberg to perform '--- in a Box' on the big Emmy night (Sept. 16) at L.A.'s Shrine Auditorium," reports Marc Malkin at Eonline.com. "No surprise there, because they’re nominated for the skit, which originally aired on "Saturday Night Live" in December. Problem is, not everyone is a fan of the racy ditty." READ MORE

Noooooo way that'll happen, I predict. Justin's already caused enough hubbub with Janet Jackson and a sexy body part at a public event a few years ago. But it's fun speculation about the Emmys. So is what Britney Spears may do at MTV's Video Music Awards on Sept. 9. The New York Post reports that the network and divawreck are in secret chat. The last time they teamed up for something notorious it was that kiss with Madonna, of course. I doubt that that is a repeat possibility considering she's embroiled in a nasty custody battle for the kids, but she does need a jolt to hike her profile as a hipster.
