Cartman will say 'unspeakable things' on Emmy-winning 'South Park'

After beating past Emmy champ "The Simpsons" (nine-time winner of best animated program) in a banner year (the "Simpsons" movie spin-off earned $500 million worldwide), those rascals of "South Park" look like they're headed for another outstanding year on Comedy Central. When the season premiere airs on Oct. 3, Cartman will pretend to have Tourette's syndrome. "I will say horrible things, unspeakable things on the air," he promises, "and people will call me 'brave.'
