'Blood' campaigns with milkshakes (but no fries)

Paramount Vantage has come up with the most curious, edible Oscar campaign trick since the old Miramax blitzed Hollywood with chocolate feet — really! — while ballyhooing "My Left Foot" for academy gold back in 1989: milkshakes! Kris Tapley of Variety.com spills all HERE.
