Considering that Hollywood is a town in charge of making fantasy, I asked Jeffrey Wells of Hollywood-Elsewhere.com to imagine himself in charge of the Oscars. What would he do to improve them in two ways — the awards and the telecast. We also dished Jeff's theory that "Michael Clayton" could pull off a big upset.
