Emmywatch: What not to miss on TV in May

Remember to catch the airings of these shows that are sure to be top Emmy players in the movie/mini categories.

"Cranford" — Judi Dench and BAFTA best actress winner Eileen Atkins are caught up in the intrigues of a British village in the 1840s. May 4, 11 and 18 on PBS.

"An American Crime" — The true story of a suburban housewife who kept a teenage girl locked in the basement of her Indiana home during the 1960s. Stars Catherine Keener, Ellen Page, Bradley Whitford. May 10 on Showtime.

"Recount" — Controversial HBO drama about the voting hubbub in Florida during the U.S. presidential election in 2000. Stars Kevin Spacey, Denis Leary, Tom Wilkinson, Laura Dern. May 25 on HBO.
