Biggest shockeroo: No Katherine Heigl. The "Grey's Anatomy" star won best supporting actress last year but is nowhere to be found on these lists. Why? Is this one of those cases of a star forgetting to submit herself for consideration like others, including Tim Allen ("Home Improvement") famously did in the past?

"It is not an oversight," Heigl's rep tells Gold Derby, but she has so far not elaborated. Heigl and her rep are preparing a formal statement to release to us.
