Emmys name presenters plus creative arts hosts

Neil Patrick Harris ("How I Met Your Mother") and Sarah Chalke ("Scrubs") will host the creative arts Emmy ceremony Sept. 13 at the Nokia Theatre, according to its exec producers, Lee Miller and Steve Venezia.

The Emmys announced its first set of celebs who'll present awards at the main prime-time ceremony on Sept. 21. "Desperate Housewives" stars Marcia Cross, Dana Delany, Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Eva Longoria Parker and Nicollette Sheridan will present together. Two other pairings: Hugh Laurie and Julia Louis-Dreyfus, plus Tina Fey and Amy Poehler.
