ANSWER: Madonna has won the most MTV VMAs: 20. Peter Gabriel is in second place with 13. Michael Jackson's won eight. U2 has six. Mariah Carey has won a MTV Europe Award but has never nabbed a Yankee moonman despite six past nominations. Mariah is nommed again this year for "Touch My Body." Oh, that is Peter Gabriel. He looks a looooooooooot different than he did in the mid 1990's. It is Mr. Gabriel.
