'Mad Men' victory brings sanity to the Emmys

Finally, the Emmys caught up with the reality of contemporary television. For the first time ever, this broadcast-network-biased TV academy bestowed its top prize for best drama or comedy series to a program on basic cable: AMC's "Mad Men." Hurrah!
