Oscars predictions: 'Slumdog Millionaire,' Sean Penn and Kate Winslet lead the derbies
According to our six pundits below, "Slumdog Millionaire" leads the best-picture race over "The Curious Case of Benjamin Button" by a score of three to two. Kate Winslet ("Revolutionary Road") leads Meryl Streep ("Doubt") by the same three-to-two edge. Sean Penn ("Milk") looks like a lock for best actor — he's got five of our six gurus behind him.
Our pundits: Edward Douglas (Comingsoon.net), Kevin Lewin (World Entertainment News Network), Nathaniel Rogers (The Film Experience), T.L. Stanley (Gold Rush, Hollywood Reporter), Tom Tapp (The Daily Beast) and me. See more at The Envelope's Buzzmeter, CLICK HERE!
