Dianefan and BabsonLacrosse apologize to Tina Fey

After Tina Fey swung back last night at our forum posters Dianefan, Cougar-Lover and BabsonLaCrosse  during her Golden Globes acceptance speech, two of them posted these apologies. (Rumor has it that Dianefan and Cougar-Lover are the same poster).

Dianefan: Sorry Tina Fey but I still don't think you deserved to win.

Babson Lacrosse: Wow. I dont ever remember even trashing Fey. Just saying I wanted Applegate. I feel more used than Sarah Palin.

See what our other forum posters are saying HERE!

This drama is causing quite a media stir. Check out the write-ups at the New York Daily News, New York Post, AccessHollywood.com, OMG Yahoo and Gawker.

Suck it DaveG!

I'm surprised by your headline. "BabsonLacrosse" didn't apologize to Tina Fey, she simply stated that she didn't recall every having been critical of Ms. Fey. In fact, a review of her actual few posts show they were all supportive of Ms Fey. One must wonder if her mention of "BabsonLacrosse" was uninformed or simply comic. Of course, the result includes death threats and intrusive hacking attempts directed at Babson Lacrosse, which perhaps should have been anticipated by Fey and others.

I've known the real BabsonLacrosse for several years and am confident that she has always been a Fey fan. I was her fan, too, until the awards broadcast. Now I am a disappointed fan, and also one and equally curious one about The Envelope's fact checking ability.
