I'm not sure just where all this bias is coming from. In this, like all things, there are two schools of thought. Adam is great performer; Kris is a better musician. Adam is an entertaing showman; Kris is an engaging artist. I don't wish anything bad for Adam. But I do prefer Kris' style. I think Kris winning should not be too hard to understand. When you look at the Wednesday night final show, they paired both Kris and Adam with famous acts to showcase their two styles. Adam was showcased with Kiss and they are a legendary group. I was impressed with this performance, but it looked like it belonged 30 years ago. Kris sang with Keith Urban, who is certainly much more contemporary. All season, the judges kept flattering Adam every step of the way by saying how "current" and 'right now" he is, and they present him with Kiss. I don't have major problems with Adam at all, but I absolutely think Kris deserves his win. For those of you who may wonder, no, I don't live in Arkansas and I am not a thirteen year old. I'm an adult from Ohio and many of my friends have supported Kris. I really do wish the best for both Kris and Adam. But, I do resent all the sentiment that Kris does not deserve this title. He certainly does!

Adam's professionalism, gentleness, modesty and pureness exudes above and beyond all others. Not once did he forget to thank his audience or band members. Not once did he forget who he is. Your talent and your sense of responsibility is overwhelming - add to this the most superb acts of all times...voice, look, sensitivity, gestures, eye contact and expression and you have a "super star" - one that we have not seen in ages. Beatles, Elvis, Springstein, Queen, Kiss, among a few...you have met a "compadre". Love you Adam the best to you today and always.

Adam was the real winner It was one big fix your votes had nothing to do with the results .they never had count backs and there was never anyway to prove who got how many votes if you go back and watch the last couple of shows . you would notice how they rigged it to make out that Adam was always in the bottom 2 in stead of picking the person with the most votes first. Seacreast knew that they could not have a GAY singer win but no one would believe that Danny could suddenly beat Adam it would cause a Storm, so they dumped Danny and shoved Kris in to make it more believeable Kris only sung one good song the whole season and he wins on one song COME PEOPLE WAKE UP

What is this I hear? Kris Allen already had a record? Next year AI shouldn't allow ppl who already made records, it should look for fresh talent. ADAM IS THE TRUE WINNER regardless of what FOX or At&T say. Good job Adam will buy all your CDs before theyre sold out.

Kris, sorry, this voting scam is more infamous than you winning. For 100 people voting continuously for 4 hours - the difference in votes between kRIS AND Adam can be a staggering 12 million!!! Go and do your maths. If those CHEATERS at AKANSAS got hold of these free phones and free power testing, won't they be texting continously for 4 hours?? Think about it. Or another person take over. But now AI has to contend with a million dollar contract for Kris. Of course this was not their preference. Simon was so pissed that he would not even stand and applaud to congratulate Kris. He saw the billion $$ that was Adam Lambert go out the window. With Adam as the AI winner, promotion would have been a piece of cake for Adam, where promotion for Kris is going to be a hard sell. Even now, everywhere that Adam goes, he is sought after for this pic, that autograph. After R&Kelly, the press wanted a piece of him, wanting him to pose, this way Adam, turn to your left, Adam, now look at me, Adam. He did not even flinch, you could see that Adam was born to be a star. Kris will never have that charisma or star quality of Adam. And AI will never have the star that they so desired to have. Adam is the true mega star and the whole world know it. You go, Adam.

I have just downloaded al of Adams performances from I-tunes so I will have the originals when he becomes extremely famous(not that he isn't already!) One of the greatest talent discoveries ever!

Adam is a unique, gifted, professional artist, a passionate performer who is at home on the stage - he has worked the 'hard yards' and we see today the embodiment of all that work - WOW - what a joy for us all to witness - I love his earlier classical work - in fact I love it all!

It should have been Alison vs. Adam in the finals.........btw not all teenage girls like kris almost all of my friends were pulling for adam to win. Don't worry, Kris will be gone in a few years...thank goodness

Since Adam did ot get the crown Idol, Adam should earn a lot of awards in music industry. What Adam need is get his CD out there and make it a HIT one.
To those commented about Adam's type of music, I don't think he will be recording the super Hi-notes for his CD. If you moron listen to Adam what type of music he will be recording to his album, you will stop that whine about his music. Honestly download all his iTunes song and you will luv Adam even more. I certainly enjoys listening to his music over and over again. Adam so far is far successful than Kris.
