I know it’s not a big deal, but I’m growing to hate the animation voters and they’re lame picks every year. Where is Venture Brothers? or Metalocalypse? Don’t get me wrong the simpsons is always going to get a nod, it’s just a part of life no matter how bad they get. South Park, again, predictable but still great. Robot Chicken(cool! okay choice). American Dad!?!?! Ahh you kidding? Really!?!?!
Animation wise I just wish for once the best shows were actually honored and not the ones with the most money or on the best networks.

Overall this is a great year for nominations (especially the 3 supporting 30 rock actors)...but I think the biggest snubs were the supporting and guest stars of Lost which boasts some of the best actors working in tv (including Elizabeth Mitchell--who shouyld have won at least 1 emmy by now).

Desperate Housewives' 1st season no win Emmy. It's sucks. This tv show is down every season but the 5th season have very good comedy moments. Teri Hatcher deserves a nomination. Neil McDonough (Dave) too.
The joke comedy (a lot stupid) is nominated in comedy Emmy (Family Guy, How I meet your mother, ...) but it´s not good quality. The comedy actors nominated are not good actors, they are just jokers.

It' not like they did not nominate the same shows and actors...do they even take a look at the other shows? I am not going to watch the Emmys again this year...nothing new to see...

Skunked? Borderline obscene that BSG took it up the you-know-what. We need to have somebody out there with big bucks (I'm looking at you, Mark Cuban) to start up an opposition group to the Emmys, to start a show that recognizes the true best in network TV, without out-of-touch voters who vote rote, who are too much taken in with the HBO aura, who are a bit more representative of a balance between mainstream American tv viewers and what critics like. It may turn out to be a good thing that this show is going to be annihilated in the ratings by NBC's Football Night in America, with the first NFL game at the Dallas Cowboys' new mega-stadium. The best drama and the best comedy of the season (Party Down for the latter) were given the brushoff. Well done, Emmy. Well done you.
