Yeah 30 Rock's gonna win. And as one of the biggest fans I can even admit it had some less than perfect (though still funnier than most television) episodes this year.
But the Office had an entire half a season where it lost it's footing and lost it's funny.
30 Rock deserves it. Though I won't cry over a win for The Office, Family Guy or How I Met Your Mother.

I hope 30 Rock wins; it might make the telecast a bit boring but it deserves to win. Having said that, Tom I don't think its fair to pick on such a small (and canceled) show like Flight of the Conchords--go ahead and make fun of big juggernaughts but leave the quirky canceled shows alone.
