Emmy race for best drama series: 'Mad Men,' 'Dexter,' 'Lost' and ... ?
Sure, "Lost" may have lost its way after winning the Emmy Award for best drama series for its first season in 2005, but many fans believe it ended well. Now, can it reclaim this category? Two-time winner "Mad Men" is undefeated here. "Dexter," "Big Love," "Breaking Bad" and "Damages" are overdue to win, and there are some scrappy rookies, including "Sons of Anarchy," "Treme" and "The Good Wife," rapping at the door.
Six nominees are projected for this category, but there were seven last year due to statistical closeness between the sixth- and seventh-placed vote-getters.

House should NOT be among the nominees. This past season was dreadful a chore to watch and then finally abandoned.
There are so many truly worthy contenders; Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, Breaking Bad, Mad Men, The Good Wife and with a final farewell to Lost or a at long last welcome to the club for Friday Night Lights.

Glad there are such worthy front-runners. I adore "Breaking Bad" & "White Collar" and for some reason, "The Good Wife" but my heart belongs to "Mad Men."
It just doesn't get any better than "Mad Men"! They deserve the nod again this year.

I hope Mad Men wins, although I also love Dexter, Lost and Parenthood. Can't wait to find out about the nominees. When is that??
