There have been many productions of "Hamlet" on Broadway since the Tonys began, but Jude Law is only the third actor to receive a nomination for portraying the Danish prince. Obviously, Tony voters like this guy. "Hamlet" is only Law's second Broadway role. He got nominated for his first too: "Indiscretions" (1995).

I get really tired when rich, entitled stars start whining about how hard it is to be famous. It's no that hard to be famous. It's hard to pay the bills when you've lost your job and your trying to feed your kids. Stars live at a level of luxury most of us will never know. If you don't like it, quit acting at that level and go do dinner theatre. If you won't do that, then shut up and realize you have it better than 95% of the world!!!!

I saw Hamlet in New York. Jude's way of speaking made some of the otherwise confusing dialogue much more understandable. His performance was truly excellent, engaging, and kept the audience captivated for 3 hours. You really missed him when he wasn't on stage.
