"All in all, a strong start," says the L.A. Times of the season premiere of "The Big Bang Theory," recent winner of the Emmy for best comedy actor (Jim Parsons). "Now in its fourth season, the show is hitting its stride. CBS is betting the ranch that 'Bang' can carry Thursday's comedy lineup, and early indications are that it can. This show has always been about character first, and we get more of that as Penny drives Sheldon on his first date ever, with Amy Farrah Fowler."
BTN: I don't know what was funnier -- the car ride to the date or the restaurant scene. Liked the recurrence of the "engine light is on" gag.
GoMe91: Very funny first episode. Jim Parsons a genius. Kaley Cuoco is very funny. Mayim is a great addition. I still wish they would give Johnny Galecki more to do. But ... I guess we'll have to wait and see how this season pans out.
robbypop: Very funny episode. Well, Parsons and Cuoco were great. Does she remind anyone else of Jennifer Aniston?
Yeah, yeah, it's too early to run this poll, but let's do it anyway.
