You've got the wrong year for "No Country For Old Men"--it was the 2007 Oscars. Yes, it was broadcast in 2008--but all the other years you list for your movie choices--"The English Patient", "Chicago", "The Hurt Locker" were the years of their release, not the year of the broadcast.
